Learning goals:

  1. Overview of how we work at Plane, Hire Ops role and how we work with other teams; schedule calls with other team members
  2. Overview of Hire Ops team process and how we use our tools, such as Front, Jira, and Juro
  3. Overview of our products, such as contractor payment, US payroll, and EOR

Performance goals:

  1. Work with Hire Ops team members on Jira tickets and onboarding. Shadow team members, take notes, and follow the instructions
  2. Take on salary change requests, and other payroll change requests by following the instruction and our payroll deadlines
  3. Work on non complex issues and involve other team members, our partners, etc if necessary

30 to 60 days


Learning goals:

  1. Understand our relationships with our partners and expectations
  2. The differences between our work in Canada, UK, and via our partner for the other countries (e.g. onboarding, offboarding, others)
  3. Best practice of our processes and expectations

Performance goals:

  1. Onboard new employees from start to finish with minimal help
  2. Work on more complex issues and involve other team members, our partners, etc if necessary
